Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of 1000D Technology services and our mutual obligations.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by 1000D Technology (PVT) LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 1000D Technology and its licensors.
Ownership of Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), ownership of custom code and designs developed for clients will be transferred upon full payment of all fees.
3. Service Provision
- Scope of Work: Detailed specifications for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
- Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are subject to change based on project complexities.
- Client Responsibilities: Timely feedback and provision of necessary assets are required for project success.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 1000D Technology, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
